2. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

4. Shipping Charges:

• Standard Shipping: Free for orders above INR 250. For orders below INR 250, a flat fee of INR 50 will be charged.
• Express Shipping: Calculated based on location and weight during checkout.

5. Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order’s status by visiting our website or the courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, so a physical address is required for delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver the package. If unsuccessful, they will leave a notification, and you can contact them to schedule a re-delivery.

8. Customization and Pre-Order Items: Items marked as ‘Pre-Order’ or those requiring customization may have longer processing times. Estimated delivery dates for such items will be communicated at the time of purchase.
